1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the MarBreeze website ("the Site") and purchasing our products, including Dresses, Outerwear, and Tops, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. MarBreeze reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MarBreeze or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of MarBreeze. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

MarBreeze and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any content, or from any products purchased through the Site, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to MarBreeze for the product giving rise to the claim.

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

Please initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.

6. Modifications to Terms and the Site

MarBreeze reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
