Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as received.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must not fall under final sale or clearance items, as marked on the product page.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without their original tags and packaging.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless faulty).
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
Since we do not have a user account system, please follow these steps:

- In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection & Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
